The cost of posting is at the base of this page. There is no VAT to pay.

This is how to commission your pet portrait:
1) Please send me a selection of good quality photographs (as jpeg attachments to an e-mail or original photographs via the post) - no blurring! Please remember horses’ coats change with the season - all photos need to be from the same season to enable me to get the right colour.
2) Mark the photo you would like me to draw, i.e: a head shot (with or with out a bridle) preferably with his ears forward!
3) A scan of your pet portrait will be emailed to you once it has been finished - only when you are happy - payment will be required.
4) Your commissioned pet portrait will not be framed or mounted, unless requested at additional cost.
5) Your commissioned pet portrait will not be posted to you / delivered until payment has been received and cheques cleared.
6) I accept cash (for collection only) or cheque - made out to Rebecca Kitchin.
7) The prices above are exclusive of postage and packing. Delivery charges are below.
8) Photographs are sent/given to me at your own risk.

HOW MUCH ARE THE GREETING CARDS AND HOW DO I PAY FOR THEM?

All our 'off-the-shelf' cards in the 'horse range' and 'cats range' are £2.25. We deliver anywhere in the world but we ask customers outside the UK to order a minimum of six in any assortment.
1. Most of our clients find it easier to pay on-line using Paypal. This is a secure, fast, online facility enabling you to use any of the more popular credit or debit cards. A confirmation email will be sent to you immediately and, because we do not have to wait for cheques to 'clear', your order is usually sent the following day. If you do not have a Paypal account do not worry. Setting up an account is easy and only takes a few minutes. Just click on: https://www.paypal.com/

2. Payment can also be made without opening a Paypal account by using any of the above credit cards. Just make your purchase choice, click on the "Add to Basket" logo, and follow on-screen instructions.
3. Payment by post. Just send your order details and payment (GB cheque, money order or bank draft in GB pounds) to: Peter Kitchin, Bron Elliw, Rhyd y Sarn, Blaenau Ffestiniog, Gwynedd LL41 4NT. If you send a cheque, we will not be able to despatched until it has cleared (usually takes 4/5 days).

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO DELIVER?

All orders will be sent by first class post or, where appropriate, airmail.
We do not charge for VAT but charge extra for packing and postage anywhere in the world as follows:

Total order value £0.01 - £5.00 = £0.60
Total order value £5.01 - £10.00 = £1.10
Total order value £10.01 - £20.00 = £2.25
Total order value £20.01 - £30.00 = £3.50
Total order value £30.01 + = £6.00

This is only a contribution and does not represent the true cost of packing and postage.
